DATA PROTECTION Individual users of this website are informed that data supplied to ASECOEX, either through the sending of an email or by filling in any of the forms that can be found on this site will be included in the files that the aforementioned company is responsible for, the purpose being that of advising and administering clients and/or possible clients, in addition to the sending of commercial information. The sending of data from the individual's CV-resume implies his or her authorisation and express consent to treatment in possible personnel selection processes. It is the user's obligation to communicate any alteration or modification of the data sent in order to guarantee the owner of the file that the data are permanently updated. The data will be included in an automated file for the purposes previously explained. ASECOEX declares that it deals with personal information in strict compliance with legislation relating to data protection in accordance with the Organic Act 15/1999, covering the Protection of Personal Information Data, and guarantees that it maintains security levels and that it has established all the technical means within its reach in order to prevent loss, wrong use, alteration, non-authorised access and theft of data facilitated by users, in line with Spanish Royal Decree 994/1999, by which the Regulation governing Security Measures is approved for automated files containing data of a personal nature. All personal data will be incorporated into files registered in the General Registry for Data Protection. In cases in which ASECOEX figures as the body responsible for handling data it undertakes the obligations established in the LOPD to this end and states that it will only handle data in line with instructions from the person responsible for the treatment of data and will not apply or use them for purposes other than those that figure in the contract signed to that effect. In compliance with current legislation relating to data of a personal nature, users are responsible for the veracity and exactitude of the data provided, as well as for modifications the data may be subject to in the future. The user may exercise rights of access, rectification, opposition or cancellation of his or her data, and revoke authorisation for the sending of advertising and/or commercial information in writing to ASECOEX, Colón de Larreategui, 35, 48009, Bilbao, Bizkaia, Spain, accompanied by a photocopy of his/her Identity Card or any other properly identifying document, or via electronic mail or equivalent electronic medium, sending an email to this address: asecoex@asecoex.com.
